A bit about Judith.
Judith Boyle is a beverage lecturer at Technological University Dublin and works as an international beverage judge. She is an accredited Beer Sommelier with the Institute of Brewers and Distillers, beer journalist and award-winning member of the Guild of Beer Writers. She has presented at festivals throughout Ireland and at international industry events such as Imbibe Live. She is a confident and engaging communicator and consults on designing beverage visitor experiences, spirits, craft beer, food pairing, wine selection, beverage sales strategy and staff training. Judith can offer specific brand insights into flavour profiling and facilitates and designs beverage masterclasses. Growing up in a family pub she has first-hand experience of the Irish pub trade and brings her technical scientific background (MSc. Chemistry) to her work. Judith is guided by a thirst for discovering delicious drinks and a passion for sharing her knowledge in this area.
