Kitchen Cocktails with Oisin Davis & Guests
Dive into the world of Irish spirits as Oisin demonstrates recipes from his bestselling book, “Irish Kitchen Cocktails.” Guests will learn how to mix up simple yet delicious cocktails using locally-sourced ingredients and Irish-made spirits—all without the need for professional bar equipment.
Over the course of the event, Oisin will guide you step-by-step through the creation of four incredible drinks:
- Slane Whiskey Old Fashioned
A timeless classic with a local twist! Enjoy a smooth Slane Whiskey Old Fashioned, delicately balanced with Beara or Off the Cuffe bitters, a touch of golden sugar, and finished with a fragrant orange garnish. The perfect welcome drink to start your evening. - Silks Gin “Bees Knees”
A refreshing mix of Silks Gin and local honey, blended with freshly squeezed lemon juice for a bright and zesty cocktail that’s as sweet as it is sophisticated. A true celebration of local ingredients in every sip! - Boyne Valley Punch
A warming punch that combines the best of Boyne Valley with Dan Kelly’s Cider, Stameen Apple Juice, and Whistler Calvados Cask Finish Whiskey. Infused with fresh ginger, sugar, and a splash of tea, this punch is garnished with slices of lemon and local apples for a taste of autumn in a glass. - Irish Cream Alexander
A rich and indulgent cocktail featuring the award-winning Coole Swan Irish Cream, perfectly paired with Highbank Orchard Rum. Creamy, smooth, and full of flavor—this is a decadent treat not to be missed.
Oisin will be joined by several drinks producers throughout the event.
